{"id":50,"date":"2021-01-22T11:54:40","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T11:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vatr.com.au\/?page_id=50"},"modified":"2021-01-23T06:12:04","modified_gmt":"2021-01-23T06:12:04","slug":"the-oc-commitee","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vatr.com.au\/index.php\/owners-corporation\/the-oc-commitee\/","title":{"rendered":"The OC Commitee"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Each year at the VATR Owners Corporation Annual General Meeting an&nbsp;Owners Corporation Committee (OCC)&nbsp;is elected to&nbsp;oversee the management of the Owners Corporation (OC). This is a group of up to 12 owners who volunteer their time to work with our key partners to maintain and improve common property at VATR.<br><br>All OCC members are required to comply with the relevant law, and also with&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/8596b100-36e6-4931-9f20-fb2b89e73d5d.filesusr.com\/ugd\/7f81d5_fd6978ffd39540759918585c6dc6cb70.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">VATR&#8217;s own OCC Code of Conduct<\/a>&nbsp;that was adopted by the OC in 2016 and updated in 2019.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Current (from October&nbsp;2020) OCC members are:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Adam Stevens (Chair);<\/li><li>Graham Sussex\u00a0(Deputy\u00a0Chair);<\/li><li>Melanie Davis (resigned);<\/li><li>Alfred Malia;<\/li><li>Jonathan Thick;<\/li><li>Antony (Tony) Anderson;<\/li><li>Maja Meh;<\/li><li>Anthony Fameli;<\/li><li>Brad Marsh.\u200b<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At their&nbsp;first meeting the following sub committees were established with their associated convenors:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Finance and Administration: Alfred Malia;<\/li><li>Building Maintenance: Jonathan Thick;<\/li><li>Communications and Social: Antony (Tony) Anderson.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The committee also decided to split the major projects sub-committee into three sub committees to allow a better focus on getting the individual projects completed.&nbsp; These are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Recreation Area;<\/li><li>Entries and internal;<\/li><li>External.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions feel free to reach out to any of the committee members.
